In a 60 - 90 minute visit to your home we will provide you with a verbal overview of our recommended changes from furniture & art placement to paint colors and minor remodeling. We will advise what to keep, rearrange or pack away. We'll discuss staging options & may even change furniture placement for traffic flow & spaciousness. We will advise you on minor remodel projects including light fixtures, paint colors & surface selections. Finally, we will spend time reviewing the “to do” list, covering any remaining questions & a no obligation quote will be provided afterwards.
Vacant Staging:
If your home will be empty while on the market, we will select & install beautiful furnishings & decor. Many buyers cannot get a feel for a room without well-placed furnishings. Staging gives a sense of space, room division and comfort.
